I recently posted some pictures of Total Battle buildings that I painted up to add to my collection. What I did not talk about was the fully painted buildings that I ordered from Total Battle some time ago. Well, that order finally arrived and I now have them too!
The buildings were fully painted by Total Battle and come in a times three the cost of the unpainted version. You can decide if you want to paint your own and save some shekels or spend the time painting other stuff and paying a little more cash. These were a bit of a present to myself. I wanted some smaller buildings that were not too expensive and these would give me a chance to check out the work, without paying too much. Now I know and can decide on future projects if I want to save time or money!
These are painted pretty well and would look good on most table tops. I do have to admit that these are not totally out of the box though. I thought the roofs were a bit light, so I did apply a brown wash to take them down a shade… Personal taste decision!
Overall, you can be the judge on cost versus time!
