Well, I have finally made it, the last of the figures to be rebased was on the table! These were two units of British light infantry that I picked up with the grenadiers. One is just infantry and the other are Gorham’s rangers in their late war uniform. Someday, someone will make them in their early unique uniform and I will get them. In the meantime, these will do!

I thought these needed some light work. First, I put a wash on the backpacks, as these were a bit monotone. Next, I hit the bonnets with a blue glaze to brighten them up. Finally, I hit the leaf sprigs with a green wash, to tone them down. Nothing too hard, but I think it makes them look better.

Same basing as before, once I removed them from their square bases. 30mm washer with AK dark brown mud pumice, followed with some dry brushes, flock and tufts. These are now ready to go and bring me to the end of my basing! I do have some unpainted figures for French marines, but it will be a long while before I get to them! For now, I am free to base other period troops!
