Well, looking at what I have left, I just realized that I am finally well past the half way point! The next force up was the French Regulars. I had already done the painted old glory figures I bought to start the project. However, I still had my original force to go.
The unit is the French marine regiment in their full uniform. When I first started collecting Galloping Major figures, they did not do the unit in their field uniforms and I did not like the models I saw from other manufacturers. GP has finally done the other uniforms. I have these in my collection, but they still have to be painted. I will probably send these off, as I do not know if I will ever get to painting them myself!
Same basing. 30mm washers, AK pumice, dry brushed, flocked and tufts added.
This takes care of the last of my painted French units! Still have a bit to go on my British continents…
