I have most of the basic troop types out of the way, so I figured it was time to do some rangers. I am not sure why it took me this long in the project to get to these iconic fighters!

These figures are all Galloping Major figures. All painting was done by Fernando Painting Service to Showcase quality. They made a mistake on the bonnets, as they should be blue. However, they are done so nice, I have not had the heart to repaint them yet!

Same basing. 30mm washers with dry brushed pumice. Flock and tufts added….

Everyone does Rogers Rangers, so I wanted to be different. I decided to go with Dunn’s rangers to have a change of pallet!

Some day, someone is going to do some models of Gorham’s Rangers in their unique early uniform… They are really different and are on my list to finish my armies of the period!

With my rangers out of the way, time to get back to the formed up units!
