I still have not rebased any additional French and Indian war figures, so went back to the well to the British and French regulars. This time, I pulled out some of my farm buildings, to switch up the terrain. The game would be over an evacuated Dutch farm. The farmers are trying to be neutral, as they do not like either side!

I set up the board with woods along the outside and the farmstead in the center. There were six objective markers to represent items that the raiding forces could grab and take back to their base. Each force was twenty for points. Each company would set up in a random location around their half of the table.

Each side converged on the town, trying to concentrate their spread out forces. The British managed to mass first and start their attack into the farmstead. They had some initial success and had the upper hand.

The French managed to fight their way back and even the losses, clearing their side of the farm. The British held strong and pushed back, clearing out the flank, but at a heavy price!

The game ended with both sides having the same number of objectives. When we checked the casualties, it also matched up. With that, we ended with a tie! No one would control the farm!
