With the Virginians out of the way, next were some French to balance them out. I chose the Courier Des Bois, as these are too iconic to do later!

These are all Galloping Major miniatures (my favorite for this period). These were sent off to Fernando in Sri Lanka, as I did not have it in me to do these right. It is actually the larger Galloping Major figures that convinced me to do this rebasing. Being larger and heavy, they always fell over when on the plastic bases. This was just chipping waiting to happen! Plus it is annoying and slows down game play…

These were mounted on the same thirty millimeter washers and pumiced up. The plan is for all the troops to have the same castings when I am finally done! Now, I just have to buy more tufts, before I move onto the next company!
