With my purchase of the French out of the way, it was time to move on to their opponent. The British! For this force, I picked up musketeers and Grenadier’s to thicken them up. Are these units also came a full command and extra figures. At least extra figures in the context of Rebels and Patriots. Once again, this will give me the flexibility to represent command units or just straight up dudes.
These, of course, follow the exact same basing. Remove the figures from their old bases, glue them on the washers, pumice the washers, a little paint, flocking, and a few tops for good measure. With that all the figures from this batch will have the exact same basing and will match up well on the table top.
Now that I have opponents, I can run a game and try out the basing to confirm that it’s going to meet up with my expectations!
