I bought and painted up a set of six Mini Neo Monsterpocalpse buildings a couple years ago to support my epic 40k gaming. I liked the buildings a lot and got extra motivated when we played a game of GW Apocalypse a month ago. After the game, I decided I would buy another set at Historicon. Unfortunately, they were not there…. So, after I got home, I went online and ordered another set.
The pack set on my table for a bit, so I decided to get off my duff and finished them up. I basically repeated what I did for the first set. I posted about these some time ago, so I will not repeat that article.
They are straight forward. You build the interior shell with white blue, spray that one color and spray the outside panels another color. You then just glue the exterior panels on and you get easy windows without having to painstakingly having to paint them. A little drybrush or edge highlight helps and you are done.
I think these are some of the best deals you can get for terrain in this scale. Being multi layered mdf, the buildings are very strong and great for gaming. Being light and square also helps with transporting them around!
